Our returns process is straightforward and quick. If you would like to return an item then you simply have to follow our 3-step process:
1 Send an email to hello@get-lean.com and tell us what you ordered and why you would like to return it. Remember to include the name and email address of the person who made the order. Please also include the order number if possible.
2 Our Customer Services team will get back you within 24 hours, and will let you know the next steps to follow in order to return your item. Make sure you keep an eye on your emails! We also recommend monitoring your junk/spam mail folder in case our replies get caught in there.
3 Once you have heard back from us, simply follow the instructions that we provide in the email. Please wait until you’ve heard from us before you send any products back. This will help to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible.
